Began process of transferring TSA to another bank due to employer termination of contract on 5/23/2017. Multiple phone calls to both institutions, multiple letters of acceptance faxed by institution to receive -no results.
Kept repeating they needed the letter. 6/16 finally spoke with institution that was to receive the funds- needed paperwork that accompanied letter. MetLife NEVER mentioned this little tidbit. This whole experience earns MetLife a failing mark.
It's hard enough to maneuver through these retirement issues-the CSR needs to be fully informed of all steps needed to process the information and communicate it clearly and research thoroughly when called by a client getting results. having questions and difficulty
