My mother has a long-term health policy that they approved for reimbursement.Try to get someone to address the payments.
They transfer the policy from one person to another to avoid paying. When you call them they same it resolved and they will call you to confirm. Guess what? They never call and send a letter two weeks later saying they don't have enough information.
They will not let you submit a copy of your payment. They require you to get the long-term care facility to send them their charges. When you ask to remove the facility from the loop they say we need to let then send the charges. The supervisors don't do follow-up on your complaints.
THEY DON'T CARE!!!
This company should be forced out of business.DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY-THEY DO THIS ON PURPOSE!
