Metlife - Worst Company Ever!!!!!

I was quoted one price when I first started then out of nowhere with no communications my rates doubled. Also, when I cancelled my policy March 5, 2018 I was to receive my refund within 7-10 days, then it went up to 15 days. Here it’s now May 3rd and still no refund. When calling customer service and being transferred I had to repeat myself over and over again. This is always my experience with Metlife. I would never recommend anyone to horrible company. Horrible Horrible Horrible
