My employer uses MetLife as an "benefit" and so I called to get an Auto and Home quote. I was given the run around from the start told 4 different quote amounts then told I was not eligible to receive the discounts my employer pays them for.

After having my employer contact then they still tried to charge me the regular rates with no discounts.

The customer service people are a joke refuse to let you speak with an supervisor and each one give you an different quote amount and a different lie. Will not ever use this company if it were the last insurance company left.
